What this is

webtoolz is a set of free developer tools. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and nothing to pay for. Using the site means you accept what is on this page.

What you may not do

Do not use the tools to break the law or to attack anyone. Do not script the site at a rate that degrades it for other people, and do not try to work around the bot checks or the rate limits. We block traffic that does.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you had in anything you paste, upload, or generate. We store it only when you ask us to, by creating a share link or publishing an exam. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to upload.

Share links are readable by anyone holding the URL. Treat them as public. What we store and for how long is in the privacy policy.

AI-generated music

Songs are produced by third-party models. We make no ownership claim to them, and we cannot promise a generated track does not resemble existing work. If you plan to publish or monetise a track, that judgment and that risk are yours.

We do not review what people ask the model for. If you find a generated track that should not exist, send us the link and we will delete it.

Exams and other people's data

If you publish an exam that collects results, you are the one collecting that data and you are responsible for having permission to do so. We store it for you and delete it on the schedule in the privacy policy.

Availability and data loss

Nothing here is backed up. Share links and generated tracks expire, storage can fail, and a deploy can lose something. Keep your own copy of anything that matters. We may change or remove any tool at any time.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a conversion is correct, that a validator catches every problem, or that the site is available at any given moment.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from using the site. This is a free service run by a small team, and the tools are yours to verify before you rely on them.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
